1. Visa Application Form – A completed Visa Application, must be filled out in black ink only.

2. Photographs – Two recent color photographs must meet the following criteria:
Clear, high-resolution, and taken within the last six months.
Passport size: 4.5cm × 3.5cm.
A close-up showing the applicant’s head and shoulders, with the face occupying 80% of the photo.
White background.

3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) – For employees, an original letter from the UAE company (electronic signatures are not accepted) confirming:
Exact travel dates (start and end).
The purpose of travel.
Financial responsibility.
The letter must include the signatory’s name, designation, and original signature with the company’s stamp.
It should not be older than 30 days at the time of submission and must contain the company’s full contact details, including address, telephone, email, and website.
For business owners or partners, in addition to the NOC, a copy of the trade license must also be provided.

– For Sponsored Applicants (e.g., spouse, parent, or employer):

A typed and signed sponsorship letter confirming travel dates, purpose, relationship, applicant’s details, and financial responsibility.
Sponsor’s UAE address and contact details must be mentioned.
The sponsor’s passport and UAE visa copies must be included.

4. Travel Tickets – Proof of flight reservations (provisional or confirmed).
If traveling between cities within South Africa, evidence of domestic flights is required.

5. Accommodation Proof – Hotel booking confirmation (provisional or confirmed).
If staying with family, relatives, or friends in South Africa:
A signed invitation letter (dated within the last 30 days) indicating the host’s address and contact details.
Copy of the host’s South African ID or passport. If not South African, their passport and permanent residence (PR) permit are required.
Host’s recent three-month bank statement (stamped by the bank) with a minimum balance of ZAR 3,000.
Proof of the host’s address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement, or tax invoice)

6. Medical Insurance/Travel Insurance – Submit proof of medical insurance or a travel insurance policy that includes worldwide coverage or explicitly mentions South Africa.

7. Applicant’s recent three-month bank statement from a UAE bank with a minimum balance of AED 3,000.
Statements must be stamped by the bank and no older than seven days at the time of submission.
For company accounts:
A letter from the company confirming the account can be used for travel expenses, signed by all partners/owners.
Copy of the company’s trade license.
Three-month company bank statement with a minimum balance of AED 3,000.

8. Yellow Fever Certificate –
Required if the applicant has been in a Yellow Fever zone in the past year or is transiting for over 12 hours in such a zone.
Travelers directly flying to South Africa from Dubai without prior visits to Yellow Fever zones within the last year are exempt.
Citizens of Yellow Fever-affected countries must provide a vaccination certificate, even if they haven’t traveled to such zones recently.

9. Passport and UAE Residence Vis – Provide the original passport and a clear copy.
Passports must:
Be valid for at least 30 days beyond the departure date from South Africa.
Have at least two blank visa pages (one for visa endorsement and one for entry/exit stamps).

10. UAE residence visa requirements:
Must have been issued at least three months prior to the application.
Should remain valid for at least three months after the return date.
Copies of the UAE residence visa and Emirates ID must also be provided.
