1. A passport with a validity of at least six months. For holders of alternative travel documents, such as emergency passports or identity documents, a validity of at least 12 months is required.
2. A personal bank statement covering the last three months, showing the account holder’s name, statement period, and account balance.
3. A recent colored photograph.
